HY-2 satellites are China’s
marine environmental dynamic satellites.The major objective of HY-2 series
satellites are to monitor and investigate the marine environment, and obtain
marine dynamic environmental parameters including sea surface wind, wave
height, sea surface height, sea surface temperature, etc. This section provides
some detailed information about these products corresponding to the payload, introducing you to the distributed
products.
In addition, only HY-2B in HY-2 satellites is equipped with scanning microwave radiometer (SMR), so SMR products are provided by HY-2B and other payload products are provided by HY-2B,HY-2C and HY-2D.
